Lil Wayne’s former Allison Island home sells for $33M
Just weeks after billionaire Google co-founder Sergey Brin paid $51 million for a Miami Beach home, Lil Wayne’s former mansion on the same island sold for $33.3 million. Alicia R. Zadravec sold the home at 6480 Allison Road after listing it for $36 million in December, Douglas Elliman’s Cyril Matz confirmed. The buyer is a Delaware LLC, records show. Matz had the listing, and Elliman’s Dina Goldentayer brought the buyer. It is the second-most expensive home ever sold on the island.
