Honō | Miami Riviera Dining Group will open a new Japanese steakhouse concept at E11even Club Hotel & Residences Miami. Riviera Dining, led by Gregory Galy, leased about 19,000 square feet for Honō, consisting of a second-floor restaurant and a rooftop, according to a news release from the tower’s developers and Riviera Dining. Honō is expected to open this year.
