Lauderdale-by-the-Sea closing tops Broward weekly condo sales
Broward County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose last week. Brokers closed 98 condo sales totaling $30.6 million from July 7 to July 13. That’s up from 66 condo sales totaling $21.3 million the week prior. Last week’s units sold for an average of $312,298, lower than the $322,508 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $268 from $270, according to data from Redfin. For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $535,000 to $2 million.
