Las Vegas’ Most Expensive Condo Sells for $21 Million Inside Exclusive Nevada Country Club
Las Vegas has always been a major player in the luxury housing market—but Sin City took a step up this month when the most expensive condo to ever have traded hands in the "Entertainment Capital of the World" was sold for $21 million.
The ultraluxe five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom penthouse is far from your traditional condo, offering the same top-of-the-line amenities as a lavish mansion—with the added bonus of impeccable views over the city, as well as an array of features offered to residents of the exclusive building where it is located.
Clocking in at nearly 5,000 square feet, the unit is part of the prestigious Summit Club community in the high-end suburb of Summerlin and is the only "true" penthouse available in the exclusive resort-style community.
"Perched atop the country club, this exclusive residence offers a resort-style lifestyle with exceptional amenities just footsteps away, including fine dining and a state-of-the-art fitness center," the listing crowed. "This is not just a home; it’s a lifestyle for those who seek the best."
As first reported by the Wall Street Journal, the home was sold by Ivan Sher of IS Luxury, a brokerage that has offices in Vegas as well as Newport Beach, CA, the deal for the tony penthouse officially closed Jan. 10. Sher represented the buyer and the seller in this blockbuster deal.

The penthouse itself is described as having been "designed for those who demand only the best," with incredible craftsmanship and the highest-end materials found throughout every corner of the dwelling.
A majority of the rooms inside the property feature sliding glass walls that open the space up to an incredible outdoor terrace, where residents can sit back, relax, and enjoy their beautiful surroundings.
What makes the home all the more attractive, however, is the access to all the resort-style amenities, from a Tom Fazio-designed golf course to a state-of-the-art fitness center, not to mention stunning views of Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area from within many areas of the home, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows.
"Once inside, you'll be overwhelmed by the expansiveness of the vistas that envelop you, providing a sense of serenity and grandeur," the listed noted.
Fine dining at multiple restaurants on site means cooking at home isn’t necessary. There is also a community movie theater, spa, pool, salon, and tennis and pickleball courts.
Dubbed “an oasis in the desert” on its website and referred to as “Vegas’ only private residential lifestyle club community,” the Summit Club spans 555 acres.
It tends to attract wealthy and notable clientele, including Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis who sold his Summit Club condo for $10.5 million in 2023, nearly double what he paid for it in 2021.
And even though this palatial spread is off the Las Vegas Strip, it’s very close to entertainment, with the T-Mobile Arena (home to the NHL’s Vegas Golden Knights), live concert venueThe Sphere, and resort-casinos on the Las Vegas Strip.

It is also located just a half-hour drive away from Harry Reid International Airport, which is serviced by nonstop flights to 15 countries and 49 U.S. states, according to DirectFlights.com.
Built in 2022, the house on its 1.1-acre parcel was first put on the market in March, with an asking price of $25 million. It lingered, not attracting a buyer, at this price until late June, at which time it was taken off the market and relaunched at the lower price of $23.5 million.
Speaking to the Wall Street Journal, the penthouse's seller, technology and gaming investor Richard Haddrill, revealed that he chose to offload the dwelling because of construction delays that prevented him from ever moving into the home.
Having purchased the property for $9.4 million in 2023, he then faced a lengthy wait for the home to be completed—and in the end, bought a nearby single-family home that he moved into instead.
However, he admitted that the decision to sell the penthouse was not easy, telling the outlet that he was torn over which dwelling to let go of.
In the end, he stuck with his single-family residence—and offered up his condo fully-furnished and with almost every single item of art, and even cutlery, included.
The buyer, who has not been identified, bought everything "right down to the silverware," Haddrill revealed.
While this most recent sale is the most expensive condo ever sold in Las Vegas, a $35 million home sold in 2024, also in the Summit Club community, is the priciest property to have traded hands in Sin City.
A solid runner-up was Celine Dion pocketing $30 million for her Summit Club home when it sold in 2023. At that time, it was also reported that Switch CEO Rob Roy had just laid down $33 million for a 5-acre plot in the community to build his eventual dream home.
