Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez Transform Their Beverly Hills Mansion Into a Winter Wonderland for Star-Studded Holiday Bash
Lauren Sanchez and Jeff Bezos transformed their Beverly Hills home into a Christmas village for their annual holiday bash, which welcomed a slew of A-listers.
Bezos, 61, and Sanchez, 56, who tied the knot in June 2025, hosted a festive party, which doubled as a birthday celebration for the former journalist, who marked another year older on Dec. 19.
The star-studded gathering welcomed the Kardashian clan, including Kris Jenner, 70, and Khloe Kardashian, 41, who posed for several snaps with Sanchez.
Kardashian took to Instagram to showcase the glamorous photos of the trio smiling from ear to ear.
The snaps revealed glimpses of the Beverly Hills mansion, including its white-facade with columns adorned in Christmas lights.

Wreaths also covered the front entrance of the home, which the couple purchased in 2020 for $165 million.
Sanchez donned an all-black outfit paired with a cheetah-print coat as she wore her hair down in curls.
Meanwhile, Jenner sported an $8,500 wool and cashmere peacoat, and Kardashian opted for a faux fur-trimmed dress with tights.
In one photo, Jenner and Kardashian posed next to a red Porsche in front of the home.
The snaps were captioned, "The perfect night hosted by @laurensanchezbezos Lauren, you are simply THE BEST. Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas."
The party was hosted at the couple's 10-acre property, which was once owned by media mogul David Geffen.
The three-story property was designed by American architect Roland Coate.
Sanchez and Bezos most recently installed a UFO-shaped addition to the backyard of their home.

Photos obtained by the New York Post reveal the unique addition on the grounds of the sprawling abode, which has been undergoing significant renovations since the businessman bought it in 2020.
The images show a silver structure shaped like the command module of a NASA rocket, which reports suggest is home to a sauna, sitting in the backyard of the 10-acre property.
Bezos and Sanchez have placed the sauna, which is understood to have been designed by Timothy Oulton Studio, near the cactus garden.
Designer Timothy Oulton's website boasts a number of spaceship-shaped creations, including one named Apollo that is "built to the same scale as NASA's Apollo 11 space capsule" and houses an intimate seating area that the website notes can be used as a "VIP seating zone" or a workspace.
The product description notes that Apollo can be adapted for outdoor use. No price is given for the item, which is "made to order."
While neither Bezos nor his spouse has commented on the addition to their dwelling, the space-themed amenity is likely a nod to the billionaire's space project, Blue Origin, which his wife traveled on—alongside Katy Perry and Gayle King—in April 2025.
The dwelling recently served as the location for Jenner's 70th birthday party, which saw the likes of Oprah, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Mark Zuckerberg, and Mariah Carey in attendance.
While Jenner and her guests—including many members of her family—appeared to have had the time of their lives at the event, Bezos' neighbors were reportedly less than thrilled with the level of noise coming from the Amazon founder's extraordinarily lavish abode.
Despite carrying out significant work on his California dwelling, Bezos has his primary residence located on the other side of the country—in the tony Florida enclave of Indian Creek Island, where he owns three properties.
The first two homes, which sit alongside each other, were picked up by Bezos in 2023 for $68 million and $79 million, respectively.

Multiple reports suggest that the mogul is planning to overhaul the two abodes to create the perfect mansion, where he and Sanchez will eventually settle down.
While work on that mammoth project gets underway, the billionaire businessman has made other arrangements for himself and his wife—snapping up a third Indian Creek Island abode for the sky-high price of $87 million in 2024.
The couple are said to be residing in the third home while construction on their megamansion is carried out.
Bezos is also one of several billionaires who own properties in the ultraexclusive Washington enclave of Medina, which is also home to the likes of Bill Gates and former Microsoft executive Charles Simonyi.
Four years after he founded Amazon, Bezos spent $10 million, along with now-ex-wife MacKenzie Scott, buying up two homes that sit on a 5-acre plot in the town of Hunts Point. In 2010, the duo reportedly spent $28 million to extensively renovate the estate, which boasts 310 feet of private shoreline and a private boathouse.
To maximize space (and privacy), Bezos also purchased an adjacent property that same year—a 24,000-square-foot mansion that was reportedly listed for $53 million. It is unclear whether the Amazon CEO paid that hefty sum or managed to snag a discount.
Though he still holds the keys to much of his Seattle property portfolio, Bezos did offload one home in April of this year, selling it for an astonishing $63 million, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal.

The Amazon founder reportedly added one more property to his cart in 2021. The billionaire and Sanchez picked up a 14-acre estate on the Hawaiian island of Maui. The cost of the off-market transaction was reported to be in the neighborhood of $78 million.
The offering is said to include a 4,500-square-foot main house, a 1,700-square-foot guesthouse, and a 700-square-foot pool. The holding encompasses seven parcels of land and a fish pond with a private, white-sand beach.
The lovebirds also hold the keys to an expansive ranch in West Texas, just north of Van Horn.
Bezos purchased the property in 2004 because it reminded him of his childhood on his grandfather's land in Cotulla, TX.
It is unknown how much he splashed out for the 400,000-acre property.
