Infinity’s Miami Beach mixed-use project approved amid lingering scrutiny
Infinity Collective’s proposed mixed-use project on Miami Beach’s Alton Road scored first approval, though city officials scrutinized the building’s setbacks and potential success of its retail space in light of nearby storefront vacancies. The Miami Beach Planning Board on Tuesday voted to move the proposal along in the approval process. Next, the project heads to a community meeting this month and is to come back in front of the planning board on May 5.
