Hoda Kotb Offers a Peek Inside Her Stylish Home Gym in Her $2.9 Million Upstate NY Retreat
Hoda Kotb has given fans a rare glimpse at the cozy workout center inside her upstate New York home during a sweet video with her daughter.
The 60-year-old, who announced in September 2024 that she would be stepping down from the hit morning show in order to spend more time with her kids, took to Instagram to share a peek at her in-home gym at her $2.9 million Bronxville abode.
In the adorable clip, Kotb showed off her casual setup as she rode a Peloton before panning the camera over to her daughter, Hope, 5, who had created her own version of the workout machine to be just like her mom.
Kotb's workout center, which doubles as a playroom for Hope and her 8-year-old sister, Haley, was covered in toys and has concrete flooring and wooden doors.
It is unclear where exactly the video was filmed; however, it looked as though it could have been the TV personality's garage.

The glimpse inside her home comes after she opened up about her new morning routine inside her $2.9 million upstate mansion in a wide-ranging interview with Wall Street Journal.
While speaking to the outlet, the mom of two revealed that she is blessed with an "extra hour of sleep" and "loves" her mornings because they allow her to have some time to herself.
"I used to wake up at 3:30, but now I sleep in [until] 4:30. It’s an hour of extra sleep. It’s so crazy to have that," said Kotb, who recently launched a new wellness brand, Joy 101, which allows people to achieve more grounded and calming lifestyles.
The mom, who moved her children to an expansive home in upstate New York, confessed that waking up early lets her soak in some time to herself.
When asked if she had ever tested how late she could sleep in, the TV personality responded, "No. I love my mornings. They’re sacred. If left to my own devices, no kids and no puppy, I bet you I could do 8 a.m., but I think it would be pushing it."
Although she is up before the sun, Kotb revealed that there is always plenty for her to do, telling the outlet she always begins her mornings with a shower and "meditation."
"I shower first thing and have a mini-routine. I start off with meditation. It gives me clarity and energy. I keep a notepad next to where I’m sitting, because when your mind finally settles, all of a sudden stuff just starts flying out. I do that for about 30 minutes. I’ve been loving Suleika Jaouad; she wrote “The Book of Alchemy,” and she has all these journal prompts.

"I’ve been working out with weights, like dumbbells and pushing sleds. It’s so fun. It’s a place called Transform Fitness. I do that for an hour," she explained.
Since leaving her on-air role and ditching the Big Apple, Kotb revealed that she has had a lot more time to spend having fun with her children.
"I’ve slowed everything down. I go on bike rides with my kids, we play tennis. Things that I never thought of. When I’m driving them around, they’re telling me stories that I wasn’t in the car to [hear] before. Haley came with me to the gym and she sat on the sled and I pushed it," she said.
Speaking to Today.com ahead of her last day on the show, Kotb opened up about her desire to embrace a new routine with her kids at the four-bedroom, five-bathroom, center-hall Colonial.
She was excited to have a more "normal" day-to-day regimen after years of early mornings, she explained.

"I'm just going to let us be a family with a normal rhythm of life. See what we become," the on-air celebrity, who was replaced by Craig Melvin, said.
"I'm going to let [my daughters] take more trips and stay up a little later because part of the reason I put them to bed at that hour is because I've got to go to bed. I'm like, 'Goodnight! Everyone's going to bed.' They're like, 'It's 6:30!' I'm like, 'Yeah, lights out!'"
Since then, the popular TV host has devoted much of her energy to her children, regularly sharing updates with her 2.7 million Instagram followers from her new life in the suburbs.
