Riviera Beach is cashing in on South Florida’s development boom. West Palm Beach’s northern neighbor and home of the Port of Palm Beach has nearly 2,000 condos and apartments in the development pipeline, according to analysis by The Real Deal. And there’s still more to come –– the city is courting developers for its 90-acre Marina Village project, a redevelopment effort focused on the city’s waterfront corridor.
