Ugo Colombo’s CMC Group secured a buyer for one of the penthouses at Vita at Grove Isle, topping last week’s signed contracts report in Miami-Dade County. The pending deal is one of 19 luxury home contracts signed countywide between March 30 and April 5, according to the latest Eklund-Gomes report. It was a slightly slower week than prior weeks, likely due to the Easter and Passover holidays. The report tracks listings of homes and condos asking $4 million and up in Miami-Dade that are included in the Multiple Listing Service. The properties spent 97 days on the market, on average.
