Entity linked to ex-Credit Suisse CEO sells Sunset Islands home for $22M
An entity linked to former Credit Suisse CEO Tidjane Thiam sold a waterfront house in Miami Beach’s Sunset Islands for $21.5 million. Tiro Estate LP, a Florida entity managed by Antar Thiam, sold the house at 1425 West 27th Street to an LLC named for the address and managed by Damian Narvaez, according to records. Jason Zarco and Esther Percal with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty had the listing, and Matthew Crane with Compass brought the buyer.
