Calta scores approval for 499-unit Live Local Act tower in Allapattah
The Caltagirone brothers’ Calta Group scored approval for a 499-unit Live Local Act tower in Allapattah, marking one of the first Miami projects under the state law with both condos and apartments.  Coral Gables-based Calta plans the 30-story Anatomia with 6,500 square feet of retail at 1415–1469 Northwest 13th Terrace in Miami, according to the developer’s news release.
