British investor bags $72M for Palm Beach mansion in year’s first trophy deal

British investor Pamela W. Starret sold a lakefront estate in Palm Beach for $72 million, marking one of the first trophy deals on the island this year.  Starret sold the mansion at 1460 North Lake Way to an undisclosed buyer in an off-market sale.  Gary Pohrer with Serhant represented the seller, and Margit Brandt with Premier Estate Properties brought the buyer.
