Brain damaged? George Pino evaluation hints at amnesia defense in fatal boat crash trial

Did brain damage cloud George Pino’s recollection of his involvement in a 2022 boat crash that killed a teenage girl?  An expert witness’ evaluation of Pino’s injuries may be integral to his defense as the Doral-based broker prepares to go to trial on manslaughter and vessel homicide charges in the death of 17-year-old Luciana “Lucy” Fernandez.
