The top luxury contract in Palm Beach County this week is a waterfront spec mansion poised to shatter the Boca Raton single-family price record. Buyers signed 25 contracts between April 27 and May 3 for luxury properties in Palm Beach County, according to a report by Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team.
