Billionaire Rockstar Energy founder Russell Weiner is buying a second mansion in the exclusive Stone Creek Ranch community in Palm Beach County, bringing his total spending in the neighborhood to more than $40 million, The Real Deal has learned. Weiner is under contract to purchase the 11,500-square-foot estate on 2.5 acres at 9303 Hawk Shadow Lane, he said. It’s on the market for nearly $22 million.
