Billionaire Jose Mas drops $15M on waterfront lot in Gables Estates
The billionaire Mas family continues to buy and sell prime real estate in Miami. Jose Mas, CEO of MasTec and a co-owner of the Major League Soccer franchise Inter Miami, paid $14.9 million for the 1-acre property at 9175 Arvida Parkway in the gated Gables Estates neighborhood of Coral Gables, The Real Deal has learned. Property records show a company led by developer Humberto Ramirez sold the lot.
