Barton G sells Miami Beach mansion for $29M after price cut
Restaurateur Barton G. Weiss, also known as Barton G., sold his waterfront Miami Beach mansion for $29.3 million. That marks a $10.2 million price cut from the $39.5 million he listed it for in March. Records show Weiss sold the house at 1535 West 27th Street on Sunset Island II to an LLC managed by David Moradi, the CEO of accessibility software firm AudioEye. Moradi is also the founder of Sero Capital, a Miami-based private investment firm.
