“Total chaos” at Heron Bay: Master board of mega HOA delays vote
Residents at Heron Bay, one of Broward County’s largest homeowners associations, were turned away from attending a controversial meeting this week covering changes to the rules and regulations. The meeting was “total chaos,” said owner and resident Jack Dhanji.
