‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Star Diana Jenkins Diana Jenkins Is Leaving America—and Selling Her $23 Million Hidden Hills Compound

Former “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member Diana Jenkins is looking to offload her $23 million Hidden Hills, CA, estate, with plans to leave the country for a new chapter abroad.

“Diana spent the majority of the past couple of years in Europe caring for her father, the house was empty for almost two years during that time,” says listing agent Sandeep Dhariwal of Sotheby’s International Realty.

“Following his passing, she’s decided to spend her time in Sarajevo to stay close to and support her mother. She always prioritized her family.”

The 13,211-square-foot home was built in 2019 by architect George De La Nuez, and has been on the market once before for a brief period in 2023, when the humanitarian, 53, was expecting her fourth child.

The home hit the market months after Jenkins had stepped away from her spot on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” to focus on her pregnancy, which was considered high risk.

“Diana had planned to deliver her daughter in London, but ultimately remained in L.A. for specialist care during her pregnancy,” explains Dhariwal.

The humanitarian and Neuro Drinks founder was born and raised in Sarajevo before her family was forced to flee to London when war broke out.

She planted roots in the United Kingdom, graduating from the City University of London and in 1999, married her first husband, Barclays executive Roger Jenkins, 70.

Together, they welcomed two children, Innis and Eneya, before separating in 2009.

Shortly after the amicable split, she relocated to California and in 2012, began dating her current fiancé, musician Asher Monroe, 38. The couple has two daughters, Eliyanah and Elodie Mae.

Upon snapping up the 4.3 acre property—which is positioned on the end of a private cul-de-sac—Jenkins hired interior designer Meg Turner.

“The home has been upgraded and meticulously maintained over recent years,” confirms Dhariwal, noting it’s been “transformed into an architectural sanctuary.”

With seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a saltwater infinity pool, a theater, and a wine wall, the manor is certainly impressive.

Fireplaces, sunken ceilings, and an open-concept floorplan add to the comfortable, yet refined aesthetic of the home.

Standout design details include a striking staircase alongside a double-height wall of glass, the expansive primary suite which includes a breathtaking walk-in closet and a spa-inspired bathroom.

“The owner worked with the home’s original architect to develop an expanded landscape plan that takes full advantage of the acreage, which was approved by the HOA and includes a sports court, lap pool with wood deck, pizza kitchen, sunken fire pit and natural water feature and cold plunge,” the listing agent continued.

Jenkins’ estate isn’t the only Hidden Hills abode eclipsing 13,000 square feet that’s primed for a new owner. The enclave is home to a variety of notable names.

Reality TV star Kylie Jenner recently found a buyer for her longtime mansion in the same neighborhood, selling the home for $15.3 million after it was initially listed for $20.25.

Kris Jenner has also continued to toy with the idea of parting with her iconic Hidden Hills abode, which has been featured prominently on “Keeping up with the Kardashians” for more than a decade. She recently pulled it off the market, with sources suggesting to TMZ the famous matriarch is unsure about parting ways with the meaningful home.
