Orlando’s multifamily market is recovering from an oversupply hangover. Construction has slowed, rent growth hit a bottom and demand is beginning to absorb the apartment glut. Investors and developers are optimistic that the market is entering a period of stabilization fueled by population and job growth, but they’re proceeding with caution and being selective.
