A clearer picture of Florida’s older condo market is emerging as condo associations across the state embark on multimillion-dollar repairs, a result of the deadly Surfside collapse of 2021. A low-rise condo complex built 43 years ago in West Palm Beach sold at a bankruptcy auction this week for $13.5 million.
