“Trash kingpin” and Trump appointee Anthony Lomangino bought a historic Palm Beach estate known as Villa Flora for $76.7 million in an off-market deal. Records show the seller is Sequel Capital’s Harvey Kinzelberg and his wife Mary Ann Kinzelberg. Lomangino and his wife Lynda Lomangino were the buyers of the 2-acre estate at 260 North Ocean Boulevard. Christian Angle with Christian Angle Real Estate represented both sides of the sale.
