Manuel Farello’s restaurant management firm is making a real estate change –– a pivot that’s expected to pay off with a $200,000 tax writeoff. After years of leasing workspaces across Miami-Dade County, Farello’s Miami-based Silver Spoon Solutions, which provides accounting and other back-office services for food and beverage venues, will purchase an office.
