🏆 Residential: Fort Lauderdale claimed the top home sale recorded in South Florida. A 10,300-square-foot, oceanfront mansion at 3052 North Atlantic Boulevard traded for $26 million. An LLC managed by WeatherTech founder David MacNeil sold the property to an LLC tied to Pablo Umansky, president of Urban Group Realty Corp. Umansky represented himself in the sale. Built in 2024, the home has five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, four half bathrooms, an outdoor grill and shower, a pool and a four-car garage. The home’s last asking price was $31 million.
